JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ORGANIASATONAL DETAILS

Oct’13- Working as a Deputy Chief Engineer - Rotating Equipment & Packages with Tecnimont Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai, a renowned EPC Company (Engineering, Procurement & Construction, 100% subsidiary of Maire Tecnimont, Italy) dealing with Fertilizer, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas sector in India and abroad. Company has executed EPC as well as Engineering Projects in Middle East, Europe, USA, India & China along with Parent Entity Maire Tecnimont Spa, Italy.

●Duties involve Front End Engineering, Proposals & Details Engineering, Field Engineering Coordination for

Rotating Equipment & Package for EPC projects in the Petrochemical and Oil & Gas sector.

Equipment Handled:

Root Blowers, API 610 Centrifugal Pumps, Chemical Dosing and Dissolving Package, Submersible Pumps, Vacuum Package,API 676 Gear Pumps (Only Engineering)

iii)Oct-2013 to June-2016: ONGC Opal PP: Worked as a site engineer, handling of site related queries. Job Responsibilities:-

●Verification of Fan model selected during proposal stage

●Detail Engineering activities i.e. preparation of Mechanical Datasheets and balanced agreed

Engineering documents.

●Checking GA Drawings as per Purchase specifications and job requirements.

●Submission of agreed Engineering Documents to the client for review.

●Reviewing client comments and incorporating necessary changes in Engineering Documents to get

approval & manufacturing clearance from client.

●Making calculations of C.G. of Fan, Foundation Load, Preparing P&ID if required etc. as per job

requirement.

●Preparing Purchase specs of Bought out like Coupling, Expansion Joints, Bearings, Dampers, Vibration

Isolators, Brakes, Clutch etc. Subsequent review & approval of documents received from Vendor after

placement of PO.

●Maintaining ERP register for bought items and for Engineering Document submission.

●Visiting client if necessary to get across the table approval for Engineering Documents to accelerate

manufacturing activities.

●Co-ordination with Production Planning, Purchase, Inspection & Contracts department to meet delivery

schedule.

Jan’09-Jan-11 Worked with Mehta & Associates Fire Protection Systems Pvt. Ltd

Working as a Senior Design & Estimation Engineer with Mehta & Associates Fire Protection Systems, A well known expert for providing Fire Protection Solutions for Power Plants, Sub-Stations &Petro-chemicals. Exposure in working with clients like TCE, M.N.Dastur, BHEL, Siemens, ABB, VSP etc

Feb’08:-Jan’09 worked with Doshion Veolia Water Solutions (310 Crore Turnover Group), as a proposal Engg.

Worked as a Proposal Engineering in High Purity Water Division of Doshion Water Solutions(DWS).

Job Responsibilities:-

●Designing of High Purity Water Systems used for generation and distribution of High Purified Water

for the Pharma and F&B industries & Preparing costing for the same

●Studying tender specification to under customer’s requirements.

●Selecting the filtration scheme to achieve desired end water quality based upon the raw water analysis.

●Selecting size & thickness of vessels required for Multigrade Filter & Softener.

●To identify need of Ultra filtration

●To decide required no. of Reverse Osmosis stages to achieve desired end water quality.

●To calculate pipe line size requirement for Purified Water Generation System & Water for Injection (WFI)
