As part of this Referral Metric Data mart, we have built table to serve for both internal and external reporting of key Turn Around Time(TAT) within the Specialty Referral Conversion process. These TATs are typically requested by external stakeholders (clients/ payors/ Pharma) as they relate to a new referral. These TATs measure elapsed time during different stages of conversion and are not meant to measure Pharmacy productivity.
