o Staffmark June 2016 - December 2018

Developed an application engine which consumes applicant information and facilitates the transmission of data to EQUIFAX’s third-party system. This enables applicant background verification and hiring decisions. Further, customized a program interface called CJO

(customized job offers) which enables the creation of the employee profile in Staffmark’s Peoplesoft FIN/HRMS system. These programs which are still active in production led to the end to end automation of the manually intensive hiring/rehiring procedure, realizing significant time and productivity savings for Staffmark.

Led the development of several programs that automated extremely tedious accounting procedures such as accruals, year to date sales and customer rebate calculations for numerous Staffmark clients. This resulted in realizing significant time savings for clients that historically pulled manual weekly reports. This also enabled accuracy of data reports generated for customers, which helped avoid financial penalties.

Collaborated with the project team on converting a client’s (Ultipro) Microsoft SQL Server database into an affiliated company’s (Advantage) Oracle database. Work included mapping of data objects, facilitating conversion from the source to destination system and creating component interfaces/application engines/PS queries. These conversion activities enabled Staffmark’s strategic objective of consolidating its various database instances into a single Peoplesoft instance.

Created fields, run-control pages, components, records, menus, URLs, etc. using application designer and implemented peoplecode for various online validations. o Customer Information System (CIS) - Recall October 2012 - June 2016

Provided 24/7 support for daily overnight business processes, resolved SLA requests, and troubleshooted process failures in production.
