Day-to-Day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

Prepares for installations by reviewing installation orders, gathering equipment, supplies, and tools; coordinating schedules.

Inspect installation sites and study work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine materials requirements and installation procedures.

Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Coordinating for Mock up Inspections, ELV Systems

Designing for cable selection, sizing and routing paths as per the site condition and project requirements.

Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of the project progress.

Onsite Installation, Programming, Testing and Training.

Involve in testing and commissioning of the installed systems and ensure compliance and handover.

Assure that the installations of ELV related systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, BGM, BMS etc.) are following drawings, required specifications and standards.

Preparing and submitting single line diagram as per the project requirement.

Making sure all electrical engineering projects are fit for purpose.

Follow standardized guidelines for day to day quality checks and site inspections and define address all electrical issues, problems, disputes and client concerns.

Progress the work of all electrical engineering activities and operations based on project specifications and plans within stipulated safety norms at project site.

Involved in DB Scheduling, power, lighting and Cable Tray Layout.

Duties include wiring verifications prior to initial energizing, calibrations, loop checks, control loop/interlock verifications.
