Duties and Responsibilities:

Making RFI and Inspection of all civil activities sush as form work,FBE rebar work,concrete work, checking slump, Temperature and elevations.

Concrete Inspection Prior to pouring. (Slump, Temperature etc.)

Witnessing of concrete pouring.

Inspection of all architectural work like fixing of tiles, cement plastering, ETC.

Control of Documentation.

Earth work Inspection. (Excavation, Backfilling, Compaction etc.)

Ensure the full implementation of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards

Inspection of batching plant and stockpile aggregates etc.

Material receiving for rebar’s and related materials.

Witnessing of concrete pouring.

Monitors and supervises construction activities.

Inspection for the staircase landing and all related structures,

Updating the daily record of concrete poured.

Making daily and weekly reports.

Checking all anchor bolts, footings and pedestals as per IFC drawings and SATORP procedures.

Preparation of Two Weeks Look ahead Inspection Schedule

Check Quantity and Quality Control for Work.

Ensure that project activities are performed and accomplished effectively in accordance with the quality system, throw regular review.

Monitoring and supervision of the work to ensure that it is in accordance with latest approved drawings and project specifications and procedure.

To identify quality problems, recommend and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Preparation of documents for handing over and coordination with main contractor QC inspector for final inspection of hand over items.
