Created and managed three (3) different business units on my first two (2) months of joining the company, namely: Sales, Admin and Marketing, and Technical group. Set up a local 24x6 Service Delivery Team, a Pre-sales Team, and an Implementation Team, to manage all technical requirements from clients with a set of both Filipino and Indian engineers.
