Vice President of Business Development – DFW

Responsible for sales and marketing for $10M dollars in commercial real estate listings.

Effectively develop and implement business development procedures to build and cultivate our client base including land acquisition/disposition, tenant/landlord representation, and investment sales.

Work parallel to the Managing Partner in sourcing, negotiating, and closing on all commercial real estate leases and sales.

Interface with planning and zoning departments, builders/developers, and engineers for site due diligence and feasibility analysis.
