JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs routine duties and servicing of the guest rooms/cabins and baths under the supervision of housekeeping supervisor.
(Change lines, make bed, dust the rooms/cabins, clean the bathroom and vacuum the carpet or floor)
(Replenish amenities according to the standards)
(Report any technical issues and maintenance needs)
(Complete knowledge for the use of cleaning equipment and handling chemicals)
Promotes a positive image towards the guest, must be pleasant, honest and friendly in attending guest request and problems.
(Familiarized the service offered onboard as well as the activities to respond promptly to the guests quires)
(Anticipate guest needs to ensure the guest satisfaction and resolve and to avoid guest complain)
(Ensure the security of guest rooms/cabins and privacy of the guest)
Report to supervisor to attend daily briefing before and after the shift, secure all keys and worksheet and sign in/out the logbook.
