SENIOR TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER AND SENIOR CONSULTANT (September 2019 to March 2020)

As a senior member of Charter Communications Project Management Office (PMO), planned, analyzed, staffed, scheduled, and implemented cross-functional, enterprise-wide infrastructure programs. Defined the architecture, business/functional requirements, design specifications, and scope for each project. Acted as the Scrum Master on internal and external teams. Used Agile and Scrum techniques through multiple Sprints to iteratively deliver technical solutions that supported Charter’s strategic objectives. Maintained the platform/product roadmap and groomed the product backlog to support future growth opportunities.

Collaborated with Charter executive management to define and implement the enterprise strategy and project roadmap required to conform with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). Rolled out the IT and legal framework for compliance to over 100K employees in only 60 days.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (May 2009 to January 2017)

In charge of the engineering, installation, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) teams that developed, deployed, and maintained the U.S. Military’s IT systems on a large foreign airbase. Ran projects that updated existing systems, developed custom software, and selected off-the-shelf hardware and software components.
