Duties included all site responsibilities,project was located on top of a mountain with complex logistical issues. This was a phased project of interior renovation of restrooms dinning areas and general upgrades.

Duties included all site management of construction on 28m school in Indio California.This project was an all frame structure with extensive use of glass on the interiors of the building. This project included street improvements with the addition of new traffic signaling.

My Duties include all site supervision of a 25M rehabilitation hospital and is a 0.S.H.P.D governed project.

Turner Arabia/ Saudi Aramco, Al Khobar,KSA

2013 to 2014

Ajal Community of Excellence,6.5 sq.k m. 9,000 homes with infrastructure. This project also included site development and resident amenities such shops malls,mosques. Site was divided into ten development phases, and pre construction for each phase _Architects and Engineers were world class.

Project cost nine billion U.S

King Abdulla Financial District

This project was the largest LEED project in the world. It consisted of thirty high rise towers ranging from twelve to sixty five stories. Thirty high-rise towers were constructed simultaneously. Hotels and mixed use facility's. Predominately concrete and masonry structures. All partitioning was CMU and light gauge framing. Over four hundred elevators were installed . Managed manpower of 26,000. This project will become the largest financial center in the middle East.

2007 to 2008

The Show is special events center built for the Cahuilla Indian Tribe. This project was 120,000 sq. ft.

My duties were: General Superintendent, managing a site crew of 150, managed schedule, sub coordination mentored safety.

2006 to 2007

This project was built for the City of Indian Wells, this was a very high end resort club house with restaurants and shopping. Specialized post tension concrete structure. My duties: Senior Superintendent, managed all site activity including monthly updates to the city commission. Project value 3.5 million U.S Turner Construction, Irvine, CA

1996 to 2006

Projects include: Palm Springs International Airport phase 2 and 3,Eisenhower Medical Center, Loma Linda medical center(both projects OSHPOD)Intel sort facility, The Trilogy and a Hilton Hotel which was an all frame 3 level structure. These projects had a value from five to ninety five million U.S. My duties included: Senior Superintendent / managed all site activity,QA/QC. Education and Training:

Proficient in Sure track, Prolog, windows Excel,word and Pro-core.
