Assistant Director of Education/High School (2007 – Present)
Execute school’s vision and direction for enhancing instructional quality by developing engaging learning experiences for all students. Lead the aligned integration of curriculum and behavioral management to improve classroom performance. Direct hiring and professional development initiatives. Established the 5th year program which provides post-graduate vocational training to 18-21-year-old students.
