Handling accounts receivable and entire accounts payable- Receivable: monitoring payment receivable and invoice ageing, posting of AR invoices, follow up from customers, sending reconciled monthly SOA, Bank reconciliation.
Payable: vendor invoice verification with PO & GRN, AP posting, manager approval for payment, payment release as per terms (via bank transfer/cheque), vendor reconciliation.
Supporting in month end closing activities by posting all receipts & vendor invoices in ERP
Prioritize essential supplier payments as per requirement & payment terms, escalating to Finance Manager
