Lead process Improvement to achieve Zero Defects

1.Introduced Quality Clinic across all programs, rewriting SOP and training the teams. Set up visual factory for Quality clinic and metrics.

2.Completed process improvement by analyzing failure rates, defining the scope of a project, created an Ishikawa diagram, tested potential failures, and created an PFMEA. This project saved $250,000.00 annually.
