My main duty is to assist patients with therapy exercises and ensure they are performed correctly and safely. I maintain patient care areas and make sure everything is cleaned and shelves are stocked. My duties also include assisting with front desk operations such as checking in patients, scanning in patient information, and handling insurances. I have worked with the Epic system for almost 2 years and am knowledgeable about the system.

Health Transition Alliance Intern North Oaks Health System (General Hospital) August 2018- December 2018 Hammond, Louisiana

Student intern for the fall semester. Weekly home visits and assessment of patients needing follow up care and have been released from the hospital.
