The Guild Inn Estate (Toronto, Ontario) 2018 – 2019 (1 Year Contract) Objectives in this role were to significantly improve the performance of the operations team and customer satisfaction ratings. 15 hourly team members and all Supervisors reported into the Building Superintendent role. Outcome was driving online ratings from 3.4 to 4.7 stars and reducing turnover.

• Overseeing the preparation of all event spaces to meet the specific requirements of clients

• Responsible for scheduling of preventative maintenance programs and coordinating unexpected maintenance needs of all guest rooms, event spaces, and overall facilities
