Duties and Responsibilities

Analyzing the Operational month volume and ensure equal split of jobs/shipments to subordinates based on the carriers

Assigning shipments to Subordinates once Load Confirmation is received

Monitoring the overall operation (DOW Project ) and ensure activities are actioned within the KPI

Training of new recruits, and current staffs as and when required

Preparing of Manuals (where required) and SOP, maintaining them which will be a guide (reference) to the team

Conduct Monthly Carrier Performance Review Meeting

Conduct weekly review meeting with the team to identify challenges faced during the week and get team's input to overcome the challenges

Motivate the team and support them as and when required

Build and maintain sound relationship with Customer and service providers

Looking towards Process Improvement and improvement of work quality

Preparation of reports as and when required by customer or management

Investigate (RCA) and respond to customer complaints (QM) and provide solutions

Prepare list of jobs that needs to be invoiced in line with Dubai Team every month and ensure it is completed before the deadline.

Reviewing and uploading of shuttling report (clearance report) to FTP folder with the latest updates received from clearing agent

Note: Actively involved in Process designing and implementation of the Dow/Sadara project, And Actively involved in implementation of New projects and Prepare Process Flows and smooth transition of Projects (Tasnee/ Chevron).
