Dear Hiring Manager;

I am a highly skilled test engineer, and a customer technical support engineer with over twenty years of experience. I have worked with a wide range of test equipment. I have created multiple testing solutions on software, firmware and hardware systems. I have experience within the SDLC methodologies and have worked with cross-functional teams to interpret and provide insights and solutions to the current project. I am available to start immediately. I possess Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification with Training.

Previously I worked as a management employee for Lucent Technologies (former AT&T-Bell Labs now Alcatel-Lucent-Nokia), Motorola, Nokia and HP.

I tested in automated and manual test environments, and customer sites the following complex communications systems at AT&T-Bell Labs, Motorola, Nokia and deployed them in International markets, carried out QA duties.

I have BSCS Equivalent education: Two AS degrees and accredited BS level course work (more than 200 credit hours), with classes like Structured Query Language (SQL) Programming, C, C++, Python, Perl, Java and JavaScript, Ruby On Rails languages, in addition to hundreds of company provided courses, plus many years of on-job training and QA SW/FW/HW Test experience. I wrote and automated tests in UNIX Shell, executed a lot of automated tests written by others in UNUX Shell and other languages, debugged the code and pinpointed the bugs by using debugging tools.
