Research Assistant • Center for Engineering Innovation January 2018 – August 2019 Designed, manufactured, and performed electrochemical experiments on biomedical devices used for neuromodulation. Conducted characterization and quality analysis of Shape Memory Polymers

(SMPs) nerve cuffs and brain probes using biocompatible substrates and conducted experiments in order to deduct their behavior in the human body.

Bleeding Control Trainer with Biofeedback • UT Southwestern August 2019 – May 2020 Creating a system that can train clients on CPR and Bleeding Control utilizing “biofeedback” rather than fake blood in order to reduce costs. Software development of an online system that can provide real-time performance feedback on trainees. Integration of hardware and other electrical components in order to detect and output sensory feedback (biofeedback: tactile, visual, and auditory).

Heat Stroke Prevention Device • UT Dallas January 2018 – May 2018 Created a device that utilizes a micro-controller to process sensor data in order to detect if a user is at risk of suffering a stroke. Developed the software and hardware for threshold and risk detection.
