Organized from scratch a safety program for a construction company with 120 employees. Re-Wrote an Employee Safety Manual using the OSHA 1926 and 1910 regulations. Started monthly OSHA training, weekly tool talks for all on the job sites. Inspections are performed of all the job sites, weekly. The company does use swing stages and scaffolds. Trained on swing stage and scaffold with Safway Int. Employees were then trained on the job. The accident rate has been significantly lowered since my arrival. All worker’s compensation claims dropped from 8 to 1.
