Details of Work Experience

Ericsson Global. As Network Engineer

Responsibilities

Working on tickets CMC,CSMS CICO and acces the device via secure CRT.

Checking end to end connectivity for all network elements.

In Lit2Lit migration, we migrate a BTS site (OAM and Traffic) on new service provider to increase the backhaul bandwidth of that site. In this migration project we work on the CISCO ASR 9K and ALCATEL LUCENT SR7750 routers.

Hands on experience on static routing with tagged routes,, BGP/OSPF routing protocols .

Migrate the all Services on New NNI port.

Migration of 3G & 4G services as per the new homing.

Troubleshoot the issues which come during the migration

Router Swapped from Alcatel lucent to Cisco ASR920/ Cisco ASR901/ Cisco ISR4321.

Troubleshooting with multiple servive providers .

Diagnose the Routing and issue etc.

Configuring and troubleshooting routers with static routing

Everyday coordinate with the client and planned the sites for migration as per the priority SLA .

Skype meeting with customer about any issue whether it’s technical or process wise on daily basis.

Take Cisco routers backup and Restore and update the IOS if required .

Ensure user tickets and monitoring alerts are handled per pre-defined SLA's for response time, updates and closure.

Coordinate with various service providers regarding link related escalated issues.

Responsible for taking Backup of various Network devices .

Making service reports of the daily logged complaints and the tickets raised.
