Projects included a new $3.2 million water collection system for the City of Enid, OK. Subterranean water locations were not as the owner anticipated resulting in substantial relocation of the water wells. The main collection lines had already been installed. Redesigned the system to meet existing hydraulic terrain, negotiated the associated costs to the benefit of Bowline Construction.
The Consultant required my seal on the final drawings.

Design of numerous civil engineering projects for both public and private clients. Designed the K-7 and K-10 highway relocations for KDOT, 7 miles each. 3 years with Smith & Loveless, Inc., the company was a leader in the water and waste equipment industry. Designer and then Assistant Manager of Customer Service Department. Working primarily with sewage treatment plants and pump stations ranging in size from 1500 to over 3 million gallons per day.
In my personal life, I have been active in U.S. Jaycees, Rotary International, and have been politically active in candidate campaigns, locally, state wide and nationally, as well as local sales tax and bond issue campaigns. Served on the committee to set up the procedures in which the Tulsa City Council operated, after the City changed from a Commission to a Council form of Government, then served on the Sales Tax Oversite committee. Later served on US Senator’s three Military Academy Student Selection Committee, and Oklahoma Health Department Advisers Committee. Recently, served on Oklahoma Board of Professions Qualification Committee.
