Network Operations Center (NOC) for 9 U.S E-commerce Websites. Checking the web response time of 9 E-commerce sites using NewRelic monitoring tool.
Perform IIS reset to servers if response time/page load exceeds the threshold.
Checking CPU load, disk space and vital server information using SolarWinds.
Monitor the sites using Thousand Eyes tool, which checks the sites every 15 minutes from different agents across the world. Check the splash pages, 404, 500 and other errors in sites using Adobe Analytics.
Monitor the revenue of sites using Omniture tool.
Correcting the display issues (cache purge) of products in the site using Akamai tool.
Modify the contents of the site (publish/archive) using CMT tool. Monitor traffic distribution across datacenters using Cacti tool. Load balancing and Traffic shifting across data centers using Citrix NetScaler.
Enable splash pages on the websites during maintenance window. SFCC jobs monitoring and production jobs monitoring using Control M, SFCC production and SFCC Staging.
Daily job checks, replication on live sites and Yottaa flush performed using SFCC Staging and Yottaa Tool.
Performing replication in the live site when requested Account creation and assigning roles for users when requested by client Monitoring daily feeds to be uploaded in the staging site through SQL server and Cyberduck
