Project 1: Mathematical Modelling and Simulation of Multi-axis milling operations. 1 Blade and Blisk Machining Project-(Sandvik-NCAIR Collaborative Project) Project Description:

Finite Element Analysis of orthogonal and oblique metal Cutting Process during Machining of Aerospace Grade Materials.

Finite Element Analysis of Slot Milling Process during Machining of Inconel 718.

Developed Mathematical model of Tool wear Progression in Milling Process.

Experimental Analysis of Cutting Forces, Surface Roughness and chip Morphology in milling Process of Aerospace grade Materials.

Developed Mathematical model for the Calculation of Cutting forces & torques and also the effect of lead & tilt angles on it.

Developed a C++ Program code for calculation of forces for different milling process to obtain the plots of forces & torques with different Parameters and also to obtain the 3D graph of orientation of tool.
