Responsible for tender drawings, shop drawings, As-built drawings and any required detailed drawings.

Performs studies on Consultant drawings and execute solutions on any discrepancies of their drawings with the approval of the Architect.

Prepares shop drawings incorporating the designs of the consultants such as Architectural, Interior Design, Structural and M.E.P. and also with the use of the approved materials.

Coordinate with Structural and M.E.P. teams with the attention of the Senior Architect.

Prepare some sketches for suggestions/options for discussion and to be approved by the Architect.

Maintain up to date drawings and changes, notices, site queries and answers.

Prepare coordinated drawings to identify clashing of two utilities and propose solution with approval of architect and engineer.

Assist any site engineer or sub-contractor if they have some queries or doubts..

Maintains correspondences thru letters and emails.
