Having 3 years of experience in RF (Volte,FDD,TDD,WCDMA,GSM) as RF Drive Test & Radio Network Optimizer. Good understanding of RF Parameters like RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, PDSCH, PUSCH, RSCP, Ec/No, CQI,DL throughput, UE Tx power, Scrambling code, RX Level, RX Quality, C/I etc in LTE 3G & 2G .

Providing Processed Data to the Project Manager and providing suggestions on Network Optimization.

Responsibility of Meeting KPI’s of Pre and Post cluster,Cluster AT,Netowrk AT.

Working as an Optimization Engineer for pre-launch. Met Client target Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for their wireless network. Prepared and presented progress reports for the client.

Analyzed RF design coverage maps for better coverage.

Prepared drive routes using Google earth, MapInfo. tab files and provided technical support to drive teams for equipment related issues.

Analyze drive test data using MapInfo, tems discovery performed required tilts in the cell site and adding missing neighbors using desired software.

Login & KPI Analysis of BTS Site Manager tools.

Analysis of LTE FDD Layer 3 Massages as well as TDD.

Monitoring KPI Report & Ensuring KPIs to be meet RSRP, RSRP statistics, DL/UL throughput, Latency.

Drive test log analysis for DL/UL throughput /Attach Detach delay/HO delay analysis with TEMS DISCOVERY Tool.

Making report for Redirection, Reselection and CSFB through Layer-3 message.

Project Responsibility as a DTE :-

Drive test using TEMS 17, TEMS 16.1, TEMS 15,NEMO OUTDOOR 7.1, TEMS 13.1, Map Info 8.5, Map Info 11,AZQ.

Proper optimization for Sites.

Identification & rectifying Sector & Cable Swaps & other implementation issues.

Physical survey & validation of difficult sites and proposing solution for it.

Orientation & tilt changes of existing sites as per planned configuration.
