As a Communication graduate from the University of New Hampshire, I would like to express my interest in the Junior Copywriter position at AMP Agency. After reviewing your job description, you are looking for a candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills who is outgoing, organized and creative with a passion for writing and media, proficient with working with others and handling multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment. In addition, someone who is extremely familiar with the responsibilities associated with the position, and can perform them confidently. Given these requirements, I am certain that I have the necessary skills for the Junior Copywriter position and can perform above expectations.
I am a hardworking and goal-oriented student, maintaining a 3.0 GPA. During the course of my academic career, I had the privilege of working as an intern at Saltwater Collective, an advertising and digital marketing agency in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. At Saltwater Collective, I learned valuable skills such as identity research, competitive analysis, and brand architecture. In both my academic and professional life, I have been praised as proactive by my professors and team members. Whether it’s working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I apply proven teamwork, service and problem-solving skills, which I hope to leverage into the Junior Copywriter position at AMP Agency.
In my role working as an intern for Saltwater Collective in the strategy department I showcased my communication skills and ability to complete any task handed to me including assisting in stakeholder interviews and brand identity research. I feel my communication classes, as well as my experiences at Saltwater Collective would make me an asset to the Junior Copywriter position at AMP Agency.
