Project: TranzWare switch (issuing and acquiring) Designation: Junior engineer Members: 15Plus Tools: Opswise, Winscp, Putty, TWO, TWI, Nagios The TranzWare portfolio offers comprehensive solutions for Processing, Cards and accounts, Analytics and workflow, Fraud and security of all type financial transactions (Credit card transaction, debit card and prepaid card transactions) and serves in both the acquiring and issuing platforms. The ultimate role of TranzWare is to process and monitor the clearing and settlement process of the offline transaction, validating every individual transaction that surpasses the system and declines the invalid transactions under certain protocol. Every process in the TranzWare has its own module and interface to perform its determined action from transferring transaction reports to clients (Reconciliation Process) via SFTP to alerting on the critical modules.

Roles and responcibility:

Exemplary insight in handling the Incident management, Problem management and troubleshooting.

Surveilling of the online transaction of all card type prepaid, debit and credit card transactionsion.
