Responsibilities:

Working on Production Incidents & Service Requests and coordinate with project management team & development teams for applying fix.

Supported to takeover production support by getting knowledge transfer from onsite colleagues.

Monitoring incoming batch files from Wirecard banks and reconcile it with scheme files.

Have SFTP admin access to create & provide access to clients and related SFTP tasks based on business requirement.
