• Writing and presenting regular progress reports to project managers and clients

• Ensure that project controls documents such as

resources schedules, reporting systems, material

controls systems, etc. are fully developed by the

designated personnel and reviewed by Construction

Management and that Engineering interfaces are

properly addressed.

• Planning for the required Budget hours and resources to complete the work.

• Monitoring design and development work of project

• Organizing and synchronizing preparation of operational drawings.

• Suggesting appropriate as well as technology-based solutions for enhancing functional efficiency of

organization and achieving business excellence

• Supervising detailed engineering activities and finalizing project requirements in coordination with other

departments

• Providing technical inputs & engineering support to the team for completion of project.

• Preparation of specifications & BOQs.

• Preparing detailed Capacity Matrix for all the systems designed to be on LAN.

• Conducting detailed review of the design made by sub consultants and commenting for necessary changes

• Assessing the Contractors proposal and pre-

qualifications.
