I have 12 years of extensive experience in the field of Planning Engineer in construction and ITS development projects. Worked in UAE and Qatar for several construction projects such as School, Hotel, Villas,Mansion with FF&E and MEP. I have experience in preparing Baseline program with cost and resources loading and updating it. Preparing the monthly and weekly reports and Dashboards. I have experience in preparing of EOT claim (Delay analysis) by TIA method and Impacted as Planned Method

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Time Management (Planning)

Become thoroughly familiar with scope of work, all relevant contractual documents, BOQ, and prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

Prepare Baseline Program for Design and Build project and traditional contract.

Update activities in Baseline program weekly and generate 3 months and 4 weeks look ahead plans based on updated Baseline Plan and work front availability status.

Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports.

Preparation of S Curves, Resource histogram, and cash flow curve.

Analyze time impact due to any changes during the project life cycle.

Inform of the progress, work priorities and anticipated delays; Prepare critical path analysis; and to suggest timely corrective action/revisit execution strategy in consultation with execution team for achieving of project objectives.

Experience in MEP & FF&E Fit-out works. Attending Weekly Progress Meetings.

Preparing Recovery Programs, Realistic programs etc.

Identify and monitor allocation of key resources; manpower, equipment and material based on 3-months look-ahead plan.

Prepare EOT claim by using Impact as Planned method and Time Impact Analysis.

Aware of Window analysis.

Client: ASHGHAL (PWA), Qatar.

Project Value: 105 million QAR

The main aim of this project is to deliver a comprehensive Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) platform hosted in the RAMC, henceforth called RAMC Software Solution. The project shall be to initially procure and commission a COTS version of the RAMC Software Solution enabling an operational RAMC, which shall allow monitoring and control of all existing PWA ITS assets with a consolidated user interface.
