Data analysis of the financial and commercial figures of the budget and from controller report, accordingly make the necessary recommendation to the board of executives to ensure the continuity of business growth.
Supervision of annual audit of the company assets and company inventory.
Follow up of the company inventory throughout the year and get the updated company demands of the raw materials.
