Communication

When working I believe it is extremely important to have good communication with both your customers and your fellow coworkers. In a working environment I like to make friendships with my other staff members, it makes the job more enjoyable for everybody around including the customers. With customers I think having a friendly and welcoming attitude will encourage them come back again or even better, they may even become regular customers. In both past jobs I still stay in contact with old coworkers and I would also remember regular customers by name.
