- Created Korn shell scripts to automate application monitoring, and machine recycling saving time, and reducing human errors.

- Automated tabulating of data from remote systems for capacity planning involving creating a Korn shell script to ftp over files from remote boxes. This allowed management to see the current machine utilization, and accurately predict when hardware capacity expansion was required.

- Updated Korn shell script that improved nightly processing of updating accounts to use less disk space, improve error reporting, and improve the system performance by using multiply processes. Reports ran in one sixth of the original time, and no longer caused the machine to run out of disk space.
