Objective was to supply hospitality and a quality experience at a “members only” location.

Responsible for a full-service bar, open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as involvement in the catering and banquet departments that include 200 plus events a year.

Maintained inventory counts and BEO’s for each event, which contributed to over $1.5 Million in annual revenue from the bar.

First year contributed to a 17% revenue increase, beating YTD budget by $70,000 in a club that has been operating for 95 years.
