Duties and Responsibilities:
● Roving in Roof Deck down to Ground Floor and In-Charge of security personnel and its operation in the building he is assigned.
● To provide security and Safety supervision in the building he is assigned
● Ensures different guard post is properly manned and doing their assigned task;
● To report any committed violation of the guards at his assigned building;
● Ensures that all vital installation of the building is locked and secured (Power center, Voltage room, MDF, Genset room)
● To report any committed violations of the residents in the building.
● Ensures that all incoming and outgoing supplies, equipment, and materials are properly logged with authorized gate pass;
● Ensures that building policy and procedures are observed and reports any non-compliance to his superior and CPMI Management
● Conduct regular roving inspection and ensures all security and fire safety equipment are in place and operational
● Reports immediately to Security Office any untoward incidents committed during his tour of duties;
● Respond immediately in case of fire alarm
● Assist in the smooth evacuation of occupants in case of emergency situation
● Monitor workers working inside the building and ensure their compliance to workers policy guidelines
● Turn-over post duties and responsibilities to incoming Shift In-Charge and submit security information report to his officer and AURR management
● To conduct regular inspection of fire extinguishers in all fire hose cabinet and ensuring its maintaining pressure;
