I assisted customers with issue on their vehicles. I would get the vehicle information as well as the customers concern and type it into a format on the computer to hand over to my mechanic at the time of the appointment. Then I’d explain the mechanics findings, and what it would take/cost to fix it. I would then schedule any repairs the customer wished to have made, and once their vehicle was done, I’d get everything typed up and given to my cashier.

I made outbound calls, as well as took inbound calls on delinquent credit card accounts. I assisted customers in paying what they’re able to on the cards, as well as setting up payment plans for those that were in financial distress.

ACTIVITIES
I was a member of the SD ARNG where I promoted to a Private First Class (E3) before I was 18 years old. I learned so much from my time in the military that I carried over with me as I returned to civilian life. In high school I was awarded a leadership opportunity with HOBY (Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership) and was given the opportunity to represent South Dakota alone, at their world conference in Los Angeles along with 1,400 other high school students from 14 different countries. I was also a member of Skills USA in high school, where I became an officer both my junior and senior year, and advanced to the National Conference held in Kansas City. I learned so many leadership skills, as well as gained a well-rounded knowledge of the benefits of attending a technical school, and all of the career opportunities that were offered after graduating. I was a member of the volleyball, basketball, track, cross country, one act play, three act play, oral interp, big brother big sister program, tutor program, band, and choir in high school.
