Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintenance of Olympus Endoscopy.

Complete Initial inspection according Olympus standards including disinfection from ETD3 & manual disinfection.

Performing Minor, Intermediate & Major repairs.

Perform tasks with emphasis on quality

Performed repairs on most of the Olympus Endoscope: Gastroscopes(GIF), Deudonoscopes(TJF), Colonoscope(CF) & Broncoscope(BF) OR Hybrid broncoscope.

Able to solve issues or repair on 260 Lucera or 290 elite series as well as 180 exera or 190 elite.

Each repair is followed by strict Olympus standards by reading its repair manual thoroughly.

Perform proactive customer service problem surveillance with a focus on productivity and accuracy in resolving problems on time.

Maintain safe working environment in the office & at customers sites.

Ensure using standard chemicals and tools ordered specially for Olympus products.

Prepare and maintain Quotations for customers.

Ensuring all the documents are prepared including initial, repair & final checklist under the system.

Using SAP software for ordering spare parts, issuing invoices & making Quotations.

Maintain up to date and organized customer’s files.

Convey and report service contracts opportunities to dept. head.
