• Developed Early Warning application server running 24/7 on Windows Server, using VB6, Active-X control components, ADO data access to SQL Server 2000 to create alert phone calls, emails, and SMS messages to Early Warning™ customers to notify them that an event has occurred. Server used Dialogic cards to send phone calls and SMTP for email. Additionally, server answered calls from Radio Frequency towers reporting alert information, sent and received data from IP connected towers by FTP and Winsock. This server makes the Early Warning™ product from LoJack functional.
• Developed client application for Early Warning™ customer support in VB6 running Active-X control components, ADO data access to SQL Server stored procedures on Citrix MetaFrame providing a rich user interface to customer service personnel. This application is used to create new and mondify customer registrations and information as well as creating incident escalation reports with Crystal Reports.
• Developed client application for managing client registrations of new vehicles and replacement installations using VB6, Active-X control components, ADO data access to SQL Server making it possible to correct errors in installation data and provide validated data to the recovery servers.
