Description:
An infrastructure company with widespread operations are flooded with queries on their products and services.They have a services cell that looks into the incoming queries via phone calls,emails or websites. These queries belong to various categories the Service Representative is the front end face for the response communication lot of background work goes into getting the responses as it needs inputs from the experts and then responding to the end user. Organization decided to digitize the complete experience for internal as well as external users,adding value to the response by making the front end staff independent with reference material available online from previous responses.The proposed system e-Response create a case queue from various sources like Incoming calls,Websites,Emails,Maintain Subject Matter Experts(SME)department and subject category wise.Categorize cases for a department Forward To SME in case it needs specific attention.Follow a pre-defined resolution workflow. Dashboards for various types of cases that is useful for departments to improve their product or services.
