Calculate and Maintain Sale tax, Excise Registers .

Responsible for all cash transaction, and Maintain cash on daily basis.

Maintain and update all Ledgers & Registers like, sales, Purchase, Job work, etc. on daily basis

File Monthly stock statement with the bank as per Cash Credit (CC) limit rules.

Entry of all voucher like payment, contra, journal, receipt, sale and purchase in tally ER-9.0

Make purchase order for vendor.

Prepare various report on monthly basis like Inventory, sale report, Debtors and Creditors etc.

Prepare Excise and VAT return’s data.

Follow up of ‘C’ Form and download form 38.

Make timely online payment of upvat, Excise duty, and TDS.
