• Worked in Quality Control Department of NC manufactured aircraft parts.
• Detailed inspection of the aircraft parts manually and using CMM.
• Collection of data from raw material stage to the finished product.
• Vendor’s data analysis.
• Studying root causes for defective parts manufactured and providing necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinating with Aerospace Research & Development Centre
(ARDC) in snag analysis.
• Worked with the IFS Manufacturing ERP system to check the status of the parts and also to assure whether the part is accepted or rejected by issuing tags.
