On daily basis Plant report checking with analysing the power consumption report.
Schedule planning of the section maintenance and done the maintenance on proper way.
Load checking of all section as per schedule with maintaining the data for proper planning and required action.
Load Study, temperature, vibration on machine to machine, make their comparatives for proper analysing.
Prepare the inventory on SAP module of spares and do proper planning of PR for equipment as per budget.

Daily report checking and preparing the power consumption report on plant through MIS report.
Study the Power consumption through power study meter and prepare sheet machine wise and compare with other one and plan to minimise the power consumption.
During the maintenance and plant shutdown at half yearly and annually plan to do maintenance of the transform- ers and HT and LT breakers with machines as per the scheduled.

Planning of 25 Machines of the machines of the Ring- Frame with auto doffer and connecting to Auto Conner.
Planning of electrical load of per machine
Cable size and lengths measurement of machines for power and instruments.
Prepare Auto Cad drawing of Machine, PCC,APFC, IMCC panels with feeders as required to power distribution.

Job Profile
Planning of the Maintenance of HT motors, Slip ring type, and Carbon brush with their spring lock and cable connec- tions. With proper cleaning and checking of the LRS.
Load checking of the motors with greasing schedule and sound, vibration & Temperature checking of bearings.
During the maintenance on plant shutdown at half yearly and annually plan to do maintenance of the transformers and HT and LT breakers and planned section wise maintenance as per the scheduled.

Erection and commissioning of Packer, Make FLSmidth Model Ventomatic-8 of capacity 120 TPH
Project :- 5
Planning with Erection and commissioning of 2000MT steel silo project of PPC cement, including the Packer, Bucket Elevator, Air slides and TLM with managing the project costing, material handling, arrangement and co-ordination with higher management team.
1. Planning for list of material and equipments required for installation of project. 2. Planning of their BOQ and BOM.
3. Preparation of Auto- CAD drawing of equipments with their locations and defines cable route on drawings. 4. Plan to prepare the PCC, IMCC, APFC, RIO panel and Starter panels as per requirement on plant. 5. Plan cable and its size as per load and length, field instruments, equipments, accessories to create PR. 6. Done the installation with erection commissioning and started the plant on running condition.
Work under the guidance & rule following of SIX Sigma, 5- S, TPM(Total Preventive Maintenance), JH, TQM & Safety Projects in minimum cost for minimize breakdown with quality products and increase productivity.
Work on MTTR, MTBF, Kaizen, Modification & 7 Rules of Quality Circle Projects With People Relationship building & manpower Management, co-operation and co-ordination with higher management team.
