Facilitate the documentation, arrangements and bookings for the Board, committees and annual general meetings.
Collate and compile data and materials for compliance and annual corporate governance reports in English/Arabic.
Work closely with the Board Secretary in planning and preparing the Board meetings agendas, follow up actions, attendance and uploading the board reports to the portal assigned.
