NCI Group is in the process of upgrading to Oracle EBS Applications R12.2.7 from its current Oracle 10.7 system and also other ERP systems. This project involves re-implementation of Oracle EBS system and also bring other ERP systems into single Oracle EBS instance using advantage platform leveraging Oracle’s multi-org structure, best business practices and Global Design. The project scope included implementation of Baan IV Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance and Service modules. I was responsible for implementing Process Manufacturing modules. The activities included: As Is study, mapping, piloting, key user training, performing the simulations, identifying and completing the customizations, development of new modules to add additional functionality.
