Repair and maintain mechanical /hydraulic systems and brake systems. Disassemble, trouble shoot, repair and reassemble cranes, tractors, compressors, retro excavators, forklifts, and drilling machines, Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, electric Diagrams, Make hydraulic hoses and use the computer. Daily use of Maximo, Excel, Word, Outlook, EVD, Pered and Oracle Iprocurement software. Order, stock and inventory all supplies as needed. Teach about running diesel and gasoline engines. Installation and repair of slow-moving hydraulic engines. Engines(PIELTICK) generating 60 megawatts, Repair and installation of oil and fuel filters (MOATI), fuel centrifuges (ALFA LAVAL). Installation of high pressure steam pipes. Change water pump and oil, change and clean intercooler turbo, turbochargers. Follow and Implement all Osha and ISO rules and regulations. Write performance evaluations, monitor time keeping.
