PERSONAL INFORMATION
A knowledgable Electro-Mechanic Technician with a divesified experience of 10 years in Qatar and 4 years in the Philippines. Through my work experiences I developed my skills in preventive maintenance and repair of amusement rides, machines and associated equipment of the Theme Park. A technician with a positive attitude and commitment to safety and quality customer service and lean manufacturing with solid work history and proven ability to perform well in team and individually.
WORK HIGHLIGHTS
• Troubleshooting, inspecting, repairing of rides electrical panel and rides mechanical, hydraulic and pnematic system.
• Responsible in diagnosing system failures and providing immediate and long term corrective action,that involves researching defective items/parts. This includes logical and extensive troubleshooting and referring to technical manuals while using systematic approach.
• Maintaining both preventive and corrective measures of big rides, amusement machine, theme lights system and the facilities therein.
• Performing modifications to the ride or amusement machine with the approval of higher authority such as Managers, Manufacturers or Consultants.
• Performing assembly and disassembly for schedule or annual inspections.
• Participating in testing, verification and/or calibration of applicable mechanical systems.
• Responding to downtimes and perform quality repair or recovery related issues.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health and Safety issued by Qatar government. SKILLS
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret schematic and electrical diagram, mechanical drawing and technical procedures.
• Proficient in Computer applications, emails and report.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Good welding skills.
• Graduate of technical course with certificates on skill development center.
• Ability to use hydraulic/pneumatic schematics and mechanical blueprints during routine/maintenance/troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand machine prints with dimensions and tolerances as well as read and understand mechanical assembles.
• Proficient in use of power tools and common hand tolls.
• Knowledgable in PPE.
