Including installation of 10 ammonia RMAU units, 4 air handler units, 6 penthouse units, 2 chillers, underground steel piping, stainless steel piping, vessels and tanks installation, DDC system and commissioning.

Miramar Naval Air Station Base Hospital, CA. Prime Contractor, $ 14,800,000 Scope of work: New construction of a 2 story, concrete tilt-up 42,000 sf. OSHPD base hospital. Including air handler units, HEPA filtration systems, surgical operating rooms, X-ray rooms, and laboratory cleanrooms.

Projects Completed

Metropolitan Water District Main Pump Station Building, Riverside, CA. Prime Contractor, $ 8,700,000 Scope of Work: New construction of a CMU 28,500 sf. Pump station building, underground supply and return water piping, filtration vessels, main and redundant pumps and motors, explosion proof exhaust system.

Projects Completed

Coastline College Learning Center, Newport Beach. CA. Sub-Contractor, $ 4,300,000 Scope of work: New construction of a 3 story 65,000 sf. LEED Platinum project. The project consists of computer labs, general education classrooms, chemistry labs. serviced by air handlers with chilled and hot water underground and above hydronic piping, VAV system with EMS control.

Projects Completed

Mojave Water Agency Headquarters, Apple Valley, CA. Sub-Contractor, $ 4,800,000 Scope of work: New construction of a single story concrete tilt-up 32,000 sf. Administration offices and a 6,500 sf. Maintenance building. This was a LEED platinum project using photovoltaic solar panels, boiler heating and cooling tower 4 pipe hydronic VAV piping system, and energy management system.
