Project Description : Muscat International Airport. The 29-gate passenger terminal building, which features the latest state-of-the-art technology, will accommodate 12 million passengers annually having a value of $ 1.8 billion.

Supervise and direct a team of engineers, designers and support the management functions required to successfully complete the project.

Preparation of MV&LV specifications, calculations and design of Lighting, small power and SLDs.

Review of complete design, layouts and schematic for power distribution, ELV systems, Material submittals, technical submittals as per BS / NFPA and local regulations in line with employer’s requirements and laid down SOPs.

Monitor installation processes, address short falls, develop recovery plans as and when required and ensure all are implemented within the limit.

Serve as member of the Failure Review Board, providing identification of failure root cause and implemented technical solutions.

Inspect testing and commissioning activities of MV systems,LV systems and ELV systems.

Project Description:

JXB1-PTB-431 Passenger Terminal Building Architectural finishes, SAS and MEP Packages. The initial terminal covers 42 check-in counters baggage carousels,16 immigration counters,12 boarding gates etc.

Reviewed layout, Installation and schematic drawings prepared by design department and suggested for modifications before forwarding for Engineer approval.

Monitored and informed project construction and design concerns to management which included quality and safety concerns for efficient project execution.

Provided direct supervision to other technical and non-technical staff as required for successful project completion. Strictly monitored and verified the installation of the Electrical & ELV systems to ensure excellent quality of work and full conformance with the approved drawing/material/method statement/ITP, contract specification and related codes & standards.

Prepared all correspondences addressing to the Engineer, Client, Sub-Contractor & Other Packages related to construction and technical issues as well as submittals like and DS, MA, MS/ITP, IR, O&M and Training Manual for the system which under the direct supervision of main contractor.
