Scrum Master for a team developing a large data platform. Insured the team, both onshore and offshore are enthusiastic, productive and not blocked on any activities. Worked with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to organize the workload into sprints. Insured the sprint goals were met, velocity maintained, and scrum events performed. “Dig in” to fill gaps; documenting how the features are used, handling and triaging support issues. The team successfully improved performance and reliability to allow the platform to handle nine client data processing applications.
Used Agile techniques for managing multi-million dollar project for the move of all systems from the local data center to another data center and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Release Manager for all releases and deployments in the local data center. Insured that the releases were understood, the dates and times determined, approvals gained, and all risks are known and mitigation plans in place. Since implemented, this virtually eliminated failed deployments and improved the relationship with clients and client-facing personnel.
Divisional liaison with offshore development company. Insured all purchase orders were approved, invoices reconciled, corporate security and training requirements were met, and system access was available.

Implemented agile practices within the team to insure fast turnaround of high-quality features. Managed a scrum team with cross-functional expertise in a team room, as well as with offshore members. Project Manager, Product Development (1/2010-11/2012)
Scrum Master for teams enhancing a health care practitioner master (MDM) database. Oversaw the analysis and determination of rules and methodologies required to take a large quantity of disparate data sources to produce a highly accurate database. This was the major revenue generator and the quality of the data helped double the company's revenue in one year.
Project Manager for the creation, quality assurance, and release of a database of 200 million claims to allow the company’s clients to determine practitioner (HCP) and facility (HCO) usage of given procedures and diagnoses. The fast turnaround allowed HMS to meet revenue goals for the year.

Managed client data analytics projects to optimize allocation of drug samples based on various inputs such as drug usage, existing physician script volume, and managed care formularies. The project used agent-based modeling to produce an influence network.
Delivered the integration of CMS National Provider Identifier (NPI) mandated by HIPAA into the company’s “master file” of practitioners and health care organizations.
Managed machine learning and data analytics projects including neural network and CART (classification and regression tree) study determining whether highly accurate practice addresses could be ascertained from many lower-quality addresses.

Managed the implementation of a medical claims review Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solution utilizing a database and applications from Oracle.
