RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Feinmann, Inc., Lexington MA, Office Manager March 2020 – June 2020
Morning routine- Open office with keys and alarm, twice daily COVID-19 cleans, collect mail, check voicemail, sat at the front desk the majority of my day since the office was small.
Payroll every week on Sage 100 Construction version and ADP.
Accounts Receivable- keeping PM’s up to date on approving all open invoices, some with time-sensitive discounts, and email/scanning to those working remotely for their approval of the invoice. Also gave invoice approvals day of either via mail or email.
Accounts Receivable- Once a week, collect all invoices for review and entire into Sage for payment to ensure that our accountant was logging hours/money to the correct client. Once all invoices are entered, they are cross-referenced and then printed. All checks and invoices get scanned together to be put into the virtual database for filing separately. Once the scans are reviewed and signed, I separated each portion and mail them out and store the remainder.
Sales Leads- I was trained to take a sales call for a prospecting lead about a remodel or design crew work job on their house. I gather preliminary information about themselves, their families, the house itself, a budget and start date. At the end of every sales call I go to calendy.com and book a meeting for the lead to speak with the Sales Developer. I last enter the leads info into filemaker and send them an email the day before reminding them of their upcoming visits.
Any time we received checks in the mail, I used a software from Leader Bank that scans checks into their system and enter send it off to accounting.
